Yea , it starts talking about openers and routines and sh1t . But still haves some solid points . And this is pretty old , back when RSD were using routines .

I loved the part where he says that we should not obey to Pickup crap rules all the time . And its not us or them . The mindset is gold .

I dont know brother , i forgot the main points because i listened to it weeks ago . All i can remember is that i liked it very much and many people on here need it .

But you should bear in mind that this is old maybe 2 years and thats why he starts speaking about routines and other sh1t. But trust me , its worth listening . Just put it on your mp3 and listen . Ill be waiting for your review .
