"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

When im talking with my girlfriend im running out of things to say, I get mind farts, there starting to be longer pauses in between. I mean I need to ask more open ended questiosn and learn to listin better and I have also read all the convo topics in the bible but i need more advice. I can think of stuff to say. AND ITs not bcuz im stupid, it has to do with my nerves and attitude, days when im care free and let go of my insecurites Im fine and can talk for hours. i just need like some good solid adcei cuz its hard to put togehter everthing im reading, whats the best way to tactle the "not knowing what to say, or runnin out of things to say problem'

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Wherever I am.
A wise person once told me that you know you have found a great friend when you are totally happy and at peace just to be in each other's presence. There is no need to fill the space with dialogue when you are truly comfortable and open with someone. Learn to enjoy the silence because it makes your words so much more powerful when you say them.

I once went on a Vipassana meditation retreat. I took a vow of silence and fasted for 3 days. It was one of the most harrowing experiences of my life, but it taught me the importance of using my tongue wisely, and I had the most uplifting and enjoyable conversations in the days that followed. When I wasn't talking, the silence took on a new meaning which is hard to explain with words.

I realize now that I was constantly trying to talk people's heads off because I wasn't comfortable in my own skin, and once you truly accept yourself for who you are, there is no need fart from your mouth!

There is nothing wrong with being a man of few words. Accept that about yourself. It is actually a very attractive quality.

The reason there are pauses in your conversations is because you are trying to hard and talking for too damn long. Try to keep your conversations short and to the point and let her yak.

You are just confused by the media and modern culture. Don't listen to it!

What you have to realize is that a man doesn't open his trap and yak like a woman does. He doesn't talk for the sake of talking.

If you don't have something to say then just enjoy being with the person. If you want to show your affection then do so via action and not your words. Give that girl a rub or something :)

As a man only be worried about your actions. Don't worry about what you are not saying! I'm sorry but that is just pathetic.

BE A MAN OF ACTION! NOT WORDS!

don't try to think of things to say just let it come more natural

just think about it as you are with your friends... it is fine to sit there with you friends and not talk all the time as is the same with your girlfriend

just imagine you are with one of the guys and let your mind speak
