Milk or Water Post-Workout

I'm trying to decide if I should mix my whey powder with milk or water post-workout. I like the extra protein from the milk, but I heard mixing it with milk slows intake, and thus it would be best to mix with water post-workout. Any suggestions?

8grams of casein isn't going to make a huge difference either way.

If you like the taste with milk. Take it with milk. Extra protein, extra calories.
