You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

i read somewhere that milk causes acne. i drank alot of milk, and had alot of acne. so i haven't drank any milk for about 4 days now and i already noticed it get better; there are no new pimples, and the little one are just fading away. i did a little research on milk and found out that it's stupid to drink milk. cows milk is made for calfs not adult humans, no other animal drinks another animals milk. i wouldn't drink human milk(unless she's hot) so why would i drink a cows milk? i also found that in countries who don't drink milk, either because their too poor to or for another reason, acne is un heard of.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

This is because cows milk is full or hormones (such as testosterone). Higher testosterone means increased acne. Poorer countries that can't afford milk also have citizens that look wrose then anorexic americans.

Link? I think so.

milk is awesome, 'nuff said.

If you don't want to drink milk because it gives you acne, then that's your choice. Don't give us some shyt about other animals not drinking other milk though, because we don't need you to attempt to lecture to us.

Just out of curiosity, are you Caucasian and of mostly European decent? Because cow's milk was a big part of European diet for so long, Caucasians have built a tolerance and adapted (evolved on a small scale) to tolerate the lactose. Other cultures didn't have milk until recently so most people of other races are lactose intolerant to some degree.

lol not that subject again...if milk gives u a lotta acne its probably better for you not to drink milk, but saying that ppl shouldnt drink milk because animals dont do that either when they're grown up is such a stupid reason lol Stop lifting weights dawg..cause animals dont do that either ;-)

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

the fact is humans are animals, we can learn alot from them, you're right animals don't lift weights but nor do they sit around on thier ass all day, they climb trees, etc. they don't need to lift weights.

my dad is white and my mom is from germany(white)

humans do many stupid and idiotic things, for example smoking, drinking, war, industry, religion, driving 10mpg suvs to feel safe even though statistics show your more likely to die in one, tatoos, circumcision, and the list goes on. just because our parents did it don't mean its right

Just because you think it's wrong, doesn't mean it is.

Dude your right about the milk fvcking with some people's acne. Some people also break out because of soda, chocalate and nuts. It just depends on your body type. I quit drinking soda and milk, even though those were my two favorite non-alcoholic drinks, and I saw a drastic improvement with my acne. I wouldn't go so far as to say you shouldn't drink milk though. Milk does a body good cousin.

Hmm so maybe lactose intollerance isn't linked to milk causing acne then. This would be a good question for a dermitologist. Have you found any research to support your idea? It could just be placebo, or maybe something else you started doing when you stopped drinking milk.

Milk doesn't cause acne for all, just some. Mainly it has to do with the excess hormones they put in milk in the US, Britain, etc.. Many people can handle the natural hormones of cows milk but in the states they add even more hormones so the cow can produce more milk and many people can't handle the extra hormones. In many countries like Canada it's illegal to give animals extra hormones so for many people this shouldn't be a problem.

Go to acne.org message boards. They've beat to death the acne food correlation with thousands of posts.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
