Ditto: Stay away from Drugs, Alcohol, Tobacco, UV Rays and get plenty of sleep, exercise and a good diet.
Ok let me point out a few things I have learned about dentist/hygienists. I know a girl that is one. She told me that she has never seen so many hard-ons in her life. No joke. Some times she shows off her belly just to get a reaction out of her patients. Suckers! The other important factor to remember is that hygienists keep a log of the personal things that you tell them. So that when you return to see them you will feel comfortable. The thought of going to the dentist freaks some people out. This is done to relieve the tension.
For the longest time I thought the hygienist I was seeing was interested in me because she remembered things that I told her six months previously during my last scaling. But now I’m not so sure of this.
But what ever you do don’t let it stop you from hitting on her.
