"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

I've been watching Mike Tyson box for years and his physique is one of the most impressive ones i've ever seen. Do you guys think he juices up or is he a genetically gifted person?

Mike Tyson inspires me to lift harder:

I graduated high school about 5'9 140-150, now I'm 6ft and about 195 yet i still feel small. I remember when i weighed 175, i thought an extra 20 pounds would turn me into a monster. Now i'm aiming for 220. It's frustrating b/c i have very long limbs. For me, it's taken a long time to see great results. What about you guys?

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Watch the K-1 fighters for some mad non-juiced builds. Them are machines.

It's about training balls to the wall. It's about doing weights AND bagwork. Doing plyometrics, doing roadwork at some point, explosive training. It's the package.

Good boxers, I have noticed, have a damn good back. Maybe thats what you're missing. Looking big is all in the back, IMO

Black dudes also look more ripped for some reason, or atleast they do to me.

Tyson got fat from all the mood stabilizers and anti-depressants they put him on. Iron Mike did not play nicely with others, so they just medicated him out of his mind.

Tyson is one of the freakiest athletes ever. In the same class as Bo Jackson, Deion Sanders, Herschel Walker, Michael Jordan, Charles Barkley, etc. Shame he flushed his life down the sh1tter. He couldv'e been great.

Good luck trying to achieve that body. That sh1t is mostly genetics. And yes, as another poster said, black guys are generally better pure physical athletes than other races.

I have to agree. Look at mike tyson when he was 12 years old he was 200 pounds and probably 7% bodyfat. That is not from weightlifting the guy is just a gentetic freak. A guy like that does not need to lift he only has to diet and do cardio to maintain his weight.

I have seen pictures of evander holyfield and bruce seldon when they were 14 years old and there build looks better than alot of guys that are 26, hit the weights 6 days a week for 8 years.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

I like to add Lebron James to that class. This kid looked like a grown ass man at the age of 16 and he is strong enough and athletic enough to play every position in basketball. I am sure even if he crossed over to football or boxing he would do well.
