Methoxy Pro is by Cytodine, who I think are the same people who released Xenadrine. Or is it the other way around? It has methoxy, whey protein, glutamine and BCAA's in it.

what's methoxy and BCAA?
If I were you, regular whey. From personal experience, methoxyisoflavone is useless unless taken in LARGE dose (or whatever you wanna call it). I had to take it 3 times a day, drinking alot of it (teaspoon for me) and I saw tiny result.Originally posted by DJ Girevik

So he's better off with just whey as I suspected. That BS specialty whey everyone sells like nitro-tech and cell-tech is just meant to juice your pockets some more.
