Messaging someone I just met

I recently attended a week long leadership conference. At the end, we were able to leave notes for each other and I left one calling a girl beautiful with my phone number.

She texted me with:
Hey [my name]! It's [her name] I just wanted to thank you for the letter. Your very sweet and kind!

Considering I have had very little verbal interaction with her, how should I reply to seal a date?
