Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

So I tested my hormones yesterday and already received my results. I'm 23, 1.85m, 68 Kg, live in europe, skinny but fit (swimmers body). I do have some symptoms of low T like fatigue, low libido, struggling to put on weight.
The results show me, my T levels are ok, but the globuli is too high (according to GPT). Does anyone have had a similar experience or received treatment? I'll prob seek a doctor, but I'd like to hear first some experiences.

Yeah, your SHBG is very, very high, which is bad. High SHBG is going to cause too much your testosterone to be sequestered and become biologically inert.

Consider taking boron and stinging nettle root to lower SHBG, they're both pretty cheap. Or if you're serious about it, maybe consider taking something like Proviron, but I'd recommend seeing a good men's health specialist/clinic who know what they're doing (ie not a family dr) before going that route.
