theres tons of these mags laying around our office. Some of the articles are cool and its pretty entertaining more so than maxim or FHM, because the articles are fitness related which I feel makes the content useful.

They push alot of theories about women which are afc, but hopefully you won't be reading to get advice on women.

the real seller for this mag is there cooking recipes.

I wouldn't subscribe to it ! just get yourself credible exercise books, and look for a good sports nutrition recipe book.

I agree with D&B. There is way too much information freely beamed about to pay for something so readily available.

Do what I do, go get a decent cup of coffee at Borders or Barnes n Noble and read through the rags. All it cost you was a couple of bucks and time.
