I would say my Dad on many aspect is Alpha AF,

Always had his own buisness, dont take **** from anyone. Extreme confidence.
Handle anything lives throw at him, in a very stoic way. Nothing can bring him down.

However he also have his short coming, very egotistical, not family oriented at all, work #1always and not very organized.

I think that he is a very good example overall but would need to be a bit more balanced personal life wise.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Difficult to put a number on, but I've met a fair few of respectable men; among them being my father and younger brother and grandfather, along with at least a handful of close mates.

As far as characters go, theyre all different obviously, but there are common traits to be seen...
-Consistent state of calm.
-Successful on a personal and professional level, outside of relationships.
-Almost always have hobbies and or passions.
-Consistently hard working.
-Successful with women, one way or another.
-Socially successful, and accomodating of others.

I guess the overarching influence has been aspiration to be a bit more like each of them, in certain ways. My former boss in particular was so calm, he would practice krav maga at the weekend, as he said, in order to get a bit wound up. He taught me a lot about maintaining decorum in the workplace.
