If you father a child you should be contributing.

Of course there is a couple of small issues such as men not having any real right to decide whether or not to keep the baby, and the issue of paternity fraud. Both open up a whole other can of worms, but I think if you end up knocking a chick up you should know the risks and you need to accept that responsibility.

At best, Sosuave is a null on this point. Yeah, it might encourage safe sex - if there is such a thing, but it also encourages frequent sex with multiple partners outside of marriage.

As much fun as sex is in general, I think a strong argument could be made that the pros of protected sex don't necessarily outweigh all of the cons you have to put up with collectively. I can only speak for me, but like many men, I've had sex with a condom and without one. Considering all of the emotional BS, and time commitment it would take to get casual lays, I'm honestly not sure I'd be worth all of that to me just to get sex with a condom. As one might expect, I don't use them in my marriage and dam* it sure feels great natural.

Last time I checked, condoms don't have a 100% success rate. In fact, I recall it being under 90% effective (for regular sex throughout the year).

Summary: If you want a viable chance for 18 years of child support, what you should do is practice being a DJ, spin plates, and have safe sex with multiple partners on a frequent basis. Yes, that's sarcasm, but it's also truth. If you also want a viable (not high, but viable) chance for herpes too.... do the same thing.

Yes we have members here that claim 40+ different partners, never had either an unwanted pregnancy or herpes. But we have a word for this in the English language; .... lucky. I have personally met at least 5 people in my life that had a pregnancy despite practicing safe sex.

I don't know why condom use hasn't caught on in so many circles for the purposes of casual sex. Not only for pregnancy protection but for STD protection.

These stats are generated to include people who don't use a condom properly, or use it past the expiration date, or double-bag or any other idiotic practices. They're often skewed in that manner to promote an "abstinence until marriage" agenda.

If I wanted to find some people that potentially "don't use a condom property, use it past the expiration date, or double-bag", I'd probably start by coming here. You make that sound like this forum is full of wise, experienced members and that we all have common sense.

What about potential manufacturing defects? What about potential twisted chicks that take your used condom, scoop out the sperm, and insert it in themselves. That doesn't happen to DJs, right?

Also, it is fact (meaning you're simply wrong if you disagree) that condoms don't provide complete protection from herpes. Some crazy high percentage of the population has genital herpes - i don't recall the exact percent, but it's definitely a significant (meaning 5%+) percentage.

FORGET the expiration date on the condom. A condom expires in 2 weeks. Take it from me, I recently banged a chic and the condom was a couple months old. The condom fell apart like paper after 3 thrusts.

Don't use a condom more than 2 weeks old.

The problem with child support, in addition to the woman having sole decision to keep the child or not, almost default custody and paternity fraud as serious as those are and need to be addressed, is there's usually no cap on child support.

A person could raise 3 kids for what they make a guy pay in child support for one. If the woman was contributing half like it should be, then the child support share for the father should be capped around $150/month (2x$150). And for each additionally child the support toward the same mother should be somewhat less. Anything more should be the option of the father, not enforced.

If a mother can't feed and clothing a child spending 300/month then she's doing something wrong. Child support should not be to support HER and the child and pay for a babysitter. If she wanted to be supported and have a more extravagant life, she should've married a guy and worked that pvssy and earned it. It's her responsibility to provide for herself and to fund anything extravagant for her child.

I know a Korean guy who pays $3000/month in child support to his gf in UK. She has his daughter. He isn't married at all. She convinced him not to get hitch.

I don't how this guy pays for child support. he works as chiropractor.
