She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.
Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.
The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.
Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.
Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.
The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.
Back to men shaming tactics, for our resident female troll.jurry said:Yup agree with el payaso, one of the most pathetic articles ive ever read.
Sadly this is par for the course for much of the manosphere - men who have supposedly embraced the "red pill" yet have no balls and sit around whining about being a victim to society and evil hypergamous women.
What a bunch of pvssies, no wonder they aren't getting laid.
If thats what you need to tell yourself to support the delusional, loser mentality displayed in that article.. Cool.LMFAO said:Back to men shaming tactics, for our resident female troll.
El Payaso said:That looks so cowardly. They basically receded in life and gave up. As a man, you shouldn't be looking to a woman asking her what she wants of you. You should look to yourself and ask yourself what you want of you.
Anyone that doesn't like it can go f*ck themselves. You have to learn in life that not everyone will be attracted to you if you pander to them but you sure will get a lot of respect and maybe even a few who are attached to you because you are your own man.

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.
Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.
Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.
Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
Honestly I can relate to the guys "withdrawing cowardly." When I was going through puberty, which is probably starting to end now, I was confused with girls as all hell. My mom or sisters didn't really teach me anything about girls so I had to pay attention to other sources that just "made sense" to me. These sources were anything from copying T.V shows, movies, youtube videos, google questions, and friends experiences/perspectives. All of them said the same things too so it must be right? After all, it is logical to give a girl "x" and she would give you "x" in return right? Not sure if it's just my generation or it's part of yours too but that's just what I was told and saw on media etc...El Payaso said:That looks so cowardly. They basically receded in life and gave up. I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
I'm not a Paul fan, either. But I think he was taken out of context. The anti-sex verses are mostly in Corinthians I & II, which were letters to the church of Corinth. He was trying to persuade them from going to the pagan fvck-fest orgies that were popular there. That was how a lot of competing religions operated - give us your money and we'll get you some pvssy, either from pagan ritual orgies or from temple priestess prostitutes.Poonani Maker said:this Sex = Evil thing was ALL Paul's shoving on people. Jesus NEVER said these things.
The hypocrisy of accusing someone else of shaming men, and then shaming that man with an insult because he has a negative opinion on a sh!te article.LMFAO said:Back to men shaming tactics, for our resident female troll.

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.
She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.
Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.
Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.
