Meeting OLD Girl Visiting from Another Country

I've never had this opportunity nor been on many dates with girls from Europe before so I'm not entirely sure what to expect.

We matched on a dating app, it said she is 23, from Germany but here in NYC. From her pictures, she's very attractive.

We exchange a couple of messages and it turns out she didn't move here she's just visiting till the end of this week with her friend.

I suggest we meet up and grab drinks and she says her friend is meeting up with somebody Wednesday night so we could do it then. I say great, get her number, move the chat over to text.

In my mind, if this girl is only here visiting and wants to meet up with me and get drinks, she's doing it knowing full well she wants to meet me and sleep with me.

But maybe European girls don't think/act like that and she's just into meeting an American guy and having drinks as part of her travel experience. It's always fun to meet locals when traveling.

Anybody have experience with a similar situation or insight?

It doesn't have to mean she wants to sleep with you. Mostly girls from Europe are a little freer than American girls, but it really doesn't mean she wants sex, although it's not excluded

I'm thinking about what type of date to take this girl on.

Typically for a first date I would just take a girl for drinks at a cool vibey spot which makes sense if I would want there to potentially be another date.

But since this girl is from another country and only here for a few more days, should I show her more of a good time? Maybe a place with live music, or more of a lounge rather than a bar or more of a grungy fun place with pool and good music?

There are no strings attached when it comes to meeting people while travelling. You can most def smash her if she's up for it. I have had a lot of success with OLD when traveling abroad.
