"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

I realize im supposed to read the entire bible before making the first post, and I'm in the process of reading it at the moment, so I skimmed through the titles to see if it was covered. If it is I didn't see it:

Approaching women is obviously very central to the entire process and yes there are a thousand excuses for not approaching women, but I think mine is a little more... Legitimate?

I live in the boondocks and don't usually see a female my age for about a month at a time, when I go to a bookstore or something. I live and work on my family's farm, I'm probably not going to leave anytime soon and I'm kind of stuck here.

Does my approach *need* to happen in person, if usually the only chance I honestly get to speak to women is online?

Even if I did get a chicks number in person (which I've been waiting for a chance for since New Years) It'd still wind up being a mostly online relationship because of friggin geography.

There are three girls I've been talking to in particular who I think may have some potential but I really don't see how I could pull this off.

How can you handle a situation like this when you're in rural isolation?

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
