“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Props to the tosser that knocked off the last thread . Suave!

Anyway this is mainly directed at warboss - I noticed you say red meats are better as far as complete amino acids, etc.

Now as Mince beef is roughly twice the cost of tuna, with pork mince being significantly less than the beef, which would you advise of the two? Or 100% bacon pieces? Are there any major negative points on eating 500g of pork mince/bacon pieces as opposed to beef?

Trying to switch things around a little.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Fantastic, love your work

With the saturated fat content of pork, eating 500g a day may then not be such a good idea... unless I bring George Foreman into the equation.

I'd like to say that saturated fat doesn't completely deserve its bad rep but I won't.

I'd get lean mince, or pork chops and hack the fat off, or whatever. A little saturated fat won't kill you if you want some variety.

Mix up your protein sources, 200g pork, 200g tuna, cottage cheese, whey .. fairly cheap sources.

For sure, if you can tell me with good reason 100g saturated fat a day isn't a worry, then i'll have no problem with it. Just that it looks a tad much on paper. And as long as there is no difference in the protein content/make up of pork and beef mince, then i think we have a winner when the ole wallet is feeling a tad tight.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

100g of saturated fat isn't what I'd call a little! For a start, it's 900 calories, and there are better sources if you want to source that much from fat.

What I was getting at it is that you can't totally shun foods which have saturated fat in them, for example beef and eggs because you'd be left with an extremely bland, unsustainable diet (chicken breasts, tuna, egg whites.. which is precontest food for a bodybuilder)

Besides, the body NEEDS some saturated fat, so don't sweat it if you have some - but don't take 100g in either.

Try to get extra-lean meat.. a bit more expensive but worth it. 10% fat or under is fine in my opinion - plus take all the other precautions, i.e. rinsing and removing visible fat.
