“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Alright heres the deal. No fridge, no stove. Just a microwave and a locker. I would appreciate meal ideas that are helpful if I'm trying to lean bulk.

I get to eat breakfast at home, hopefully. About 9:30ish I get to eat, then 11:30ish. Again at atbou 2:30ish. Then I will down a shake or something with that meal, and lift immediately after school. \

I just need a few meal ideas that I can store in my locker during school, and not worry about them spoiling...

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

Protein shakes were a favorite of mine while I was in freshman housing without any stovetop.

Other than that, oatmeal for breakfast provides complex carbs, fiber, and a little bit of fat. EXCELLENT breakfast with a piece of fruit to keep you going all morning until lunch.

Take out the access to a microwave and you have my situation.

I'll appreciate the help as much as I'm sure he will :)

Get up 10 mins earlier, make up 2-3 shakes containing pro/carb or pro/fat or a mix of both. Put 'em in squeezy bottles or shakers or whatever you have.

2-3 scoops whey, 3 eggs, some peanut butter or 2-3 scoops whey, oats, banana/berries/other fruit. Can be downed in 30 seconds! (remember to use plenty of water to blend it up, otherwise it'll be thick and hard to drink)

I love that recipe. I think I'll go make one right now. Dang...all out of bananas. I wish I were a whiny 150 lb. "hardgainer" and had to drink that stuff three times a day just to keep from shrinking.

oh I'm just whinin' myself. I've never struggled to gain weight, only lose it. Now I've finally figured out how to lose fat & gain muscle at the same time, and it definitely involves eating more, not less!

Yeah thats what I plan on doing. I've got some general ideas, like eating clean, balancing the macros, high intensity cardio and some good lifting.

the question would be 'nope' to both of them.. eggs+choc whey is like a milkshake, and the peanut butter makes sure there's no 'eggyness' left over.

now oats whey and fruit, you KNOW tastes good... try strawberry whey, oats, and a mixed handful of berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries). add some yogurt if you like.

Alrighty.

Approx nutritional value of all that?

And I could store those in my locker during the day without and adverse effects?

check the packaging and calculate it man.. if I was to make a shake like I'd make it up to about 90g protein and 75-100g carbs (plus whatever fats I get) but would you do that?

work out how much you need per shake and act accordingly. you're 154lbs right? 300g protein per day over six meals is 50-60g protein each meal: 2 scoops whey plus 75g oats/handful berries .. 60g protein, 60g carbs or thereabouts.

Protein bars are good on the go. They're expensive but worth it if you don't have a fridge at school or work. There's usually about 30grams of protein and 300+ calories in an average bar!
