“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Hey guys, I recently got a box of MRP. But I was wondering WHEN I should actually drink them. I'm currently using Myoplex sport (loads more carbs, slightly less protein than Myoplex "original"). Should I drink it an hour or two BEFORE my workout so I'll have enough energy+protein in my blood for the lifting? Or should I drink it after my workouts so I can recover faster, etc.

If I could, I'd also get myself a tub of whey, but I'm a student and the MRP is already costing me a fortune (I paid around 50 bucks for the MRP- things are more expensive here in Hong Kong). Any other high-protien alternatives?

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

Don't buy MRPs, buy whey instead. You can make up your own MRPs using milk, eggs, peanut butter, whey, fruit, blah blah blah. Invest in a blender.

I personally can't workout without having solid food inside me, and a liquid meal ppwo doesn't satisfy me either, so I'd avoid having my MRPs then. You might be different of course.

Remember MRPs replace a meal, so if you eat six meals a day then make it breakfast, MRP, lunch, MRP, dinner, MRP or however else you want to do it. I wouldn't go tooooo long without solid food though.

MRPs are inferior to solid food for purpose of energy and recovery, just think of them as another meal (but don't interfere with the pre- and post-workout protocols because that's when solid food is optimal, therefore if solids are at a premium as it were, save them for when your body needs them most).

Hmm...well the only real reason I got the MRP is because I'm lazy. Also, I don't have access to a blender in school/at gym, so I can't really make my own shakes conveniently.

Anyways, I was looking for a really simple powder that I can mix with water in a shaker cup as a post workout shake that provides Protein AND Carbs. Whey only gives me the protein...any good brands or products you guys suggest?

I agree they a very convient and economical way of getting your kcals in.

The best combo for the money is t-mags surge.

if not just go to a local brewery store and buy some dextrose. 50lb bag is very economical.
