"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I went shopping and holded EC to all the goodlooking women. They always turn their eyes somewhere else before me.

However there was one that I didnt EC to - she was a friend of the more attactive person. So the average (but would bang) that looked me couple times and even smiled (I think).

Its impressing. How she knew she has to smile to me?

But anyway. I didnt smile. I hate my smile. im not ugliest creature on the planet. I like my look. BUT I HATE MY SMILE. I feel like i look dumb or creep with it.

What I do?

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

I dated someone once who never smiled with his teeth because his mother had told him, when he was young, that he didnt look good smiling with his teeth. What horrible thing for a mom to say. Hopefully this isnt your situation?

You didnt say what you didnt like about your smile? You can always get your teeth addressed if this is the issue.

In general, maybe you can find a "smile" that you like by trying different ones in the mirror? Once you find a pleasant, inviting facial expression that you feel good about, take a moment, close your eyes, and feel it. then turn away from the mirror and try to replicate it from what it felt like. turn back to the mirror and see how well you did. Continue this until you know what that look 'feels' like when you 'wear' it.

I once thought I was holding the look of a subtle smile to people. When I finally made the same facial expression and looked at it in the mirror, i realized my assumed subtle smile visually cam off as more of a grimace.

Sometimes we just need to find a look we want to 'show' and then practice it in the mirror until we know how the look 'feels' so we know that we are correctly replicating it in public.

Good luck!
