I have a few friends that have parents that either dont care or work and as a result most of our dirty work has gone down there. Almost all of my friends in my circle has lost their virginity or has had a sexual encounter in that friends house if not another. It usually just "happens" or sometimes we give them a heads up just in case.
I dont believe that you dont have at least one friend that has a house like that.
