She is 13 years older than me, has been married and divorced, has kids, and has been a homewrecker (confirmed) at least 3 different times.

Needless to say, she has a LOT of baggage! She is definitely not one I want to settle down with.

BUT, I have been sleeping with her for the past year. During this years time we have agreed to have a "physical relationship only". There have been times where she would press the issue of me not wanting more. blah blah..and we would end up with the same answer: We were not going to have sex with anyone else except for each other until we found someone that "fits".

Well long story short, she told me she needed some time, I caught her lying multiple times about where she was and who she was with. She then confessed her love for me and later told me that she has sexed another guy (the one I caught her in a lie about).

So..I got mad and lost my head. She apologized a hundred times and told me she would never "hurt" me again. I told her that I would have another go if she would promise me and make me believe that she wouldn't see that one guy again.

Well she told me recently that she can't make that promise. I told her that I was going to see other women, she said she was ok with that!!!

Is this just seriously the way some women are??

She might have been good for a pump and dump, maybe even two, but there is no way you should have let yourself become attached to her. This woman is not relationship material, not even close. Even worse, you knew this in the beginning and you still let yourself get hooked. If you had been gaming other women you would have dropped this one a long time ago.

My advice? Wish her the best of luck in the future and cut off all contact. Start gaming other women, preferably those without so much baggage.
