"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

i have this mate that has this girlfriend. he always goes for hot chicks and normally gets them. he is now going out with this chick that is ugly. but ive noticed that he always puts me down infront of his girlfriend and he told her that i love guns and porn (which isnt true, i like paintball but hey who doesn't?, he likes paintball to). When in conversation he brings up this girl who rejected me. He is normally my best mate so what should i do? By now im getting sick of this **** and need to either stop hanging out with him or something.

P.S. I also told him to stop acting like a ****head and he said sorry man, then he went and did it again.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Your friend is trying to make himself look better in front of his girl. What he doesent know is that he is only making himself look insecure and retarded.

You either retaliate with witty comebacks and make him shut up, or you have a talk with him about it, and if he still keeps that **** up, hes not worth having as a friend.

Thats what happens when you hang with a guy who doesn't know 'wingmanship'. Instead of you two re-enforcing each other. They'll try to out-alpha you.

Now, depending on how close you are with him.. you can either AMOG him infront of his girl (and maybe lose him a girlfriend), or just walk.. and tell him about it later(which you have done).

USE HUMOR TO DIFUSE THE SITUATION. Humor is the only way to keep things going well. He says you like porn? Jokingly start talking about how it was your friend that introduced it to you. If ANYBODY tries to AMOG you, you need to take control immediately. He says you like guns? "Well, at least I don't stroke my barrel everyday." He's trying to look good in front of an audience by downplaying your significance. Use your knowledge of frames and control to steer the situation where you want it to go. If anything, keep things light and funny. If you can turn an AMOG into a joke, you can still maintain friendly relations. If you just try to turn it into a verbal ****slapping war, then you're just getting yourself into a worse situation.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
