The spear is an extension of the Arm, Fire is the extension of the digestive system when we use it to cook our food , it's also an extension of our sight when we use it at night so that we can see. the computer is extension of our mind, the car is an extension of our feet.
Most of today's innovations are based on existing bodily functions and thinking patterns
as a man acquires cars, computers homes and other resources they give him status because it directly reflects his body. They are an extension of his body. So if you are driving an old car that is falling apart, and your clothes are all torn up. then you're broadcasting to women and to the rest of the world. that your body and mind are in terrible shape as well. Even if they are in the greatest shape of your life time

Aside from cars and houses and without going into unnecessary debt would you agree that acquiring these material objects give you status?

for example High End Phones, Laptops, Gadgets, Watches, Clothes, Or any other expensive Item.

I never bought into the latest gadgets nor expensive cars nor anything, because I don't need them. I am the least person a salesperson ever want to deal with, because I see ZERO value in any of these "cool" things.

A lamborghini could be driving by, revving, drawing attention. I would glance over for a second, then continue walking as if it's a loud dumpster truck.

No kidding. Those things never get my attention.
