Not jerking can lead to aggressiveness that'll get you laid. On the other hand it probably leads some guys to spend their rent money on scary looking disease-infested working ladies at 4 a.m. So overall masturbating is safer. Also wanting to get laid is not always a good thing. It can be distracting at the wrong time, especially since women nowadays walk around half naked all the time.
