Since acne is created because of our hormones, can masturbating be linked to acne since you release hormones when you masturbate? I'm not sure if the 2 of these can be related, but i was curious to find out the answer.

So in order to not get acne you are not allowed to masturbate or have sex.

whenever i do it often i tend to break out. i noticed it did help if i stopped masturbating. i have yet to have a breakout when my face is clear and didnt masturbate.
