A day after you work out a certain muscle it gets really really sore. Unconsciously throughout different parts of the day I softly massage it. Though later on that same muscle gets twice as sore than it was, which causes me to massage it even more, but it's a chronic problem every time I massage it. It's the worst when it's your leg muscles because it makes you walk all retarded.

Now I was wondering, is it healthy for me to keep massaging sore muscles? I mean, sure the muscles contract even harder and it hurts even more, but I kind of theorized that maybe it'll help my muscles grow.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Massaging it does lessen the soreness, but then five minutes later my muscles contract even more. It seems like when I try to talk about this to other people they don't have the same problem.
