This thread is intended to be a record of my fitness plan being carried out. It is also a way to keep myself motivated and accountable to pursue my goals (to bring my fat percentage below 12% and increase muscle mass).

I have run four-mile perimeters before, but I did it inconsistently. Today is the first day of my Trim Down! I will keep you all updated.

I've seen some changes already. First of all, working out will make you more motivated and make you feel like you "deserve" to go out and meet attractive women because of the work you've done.

So far, my weight is decreasing. I don't have a lot of fat to burn; I just want to trim down enough so that my muscles' definition is visible. Running up and down the stairs at the local stadium really makes you sweat. Also, running around a school perimeter is helping out. I don't have exact figures (yet), but I will update this post more frequently now.
