Does anyone here from Toronto, Ontario Canada know of a martial arts school near the area that teaches in the curriculum self defense/sparring related stuff.

To me it doesn't matter what kind of martial art (Korean Japanese, Chinese, Martian, Plutonian..etc) as long as its effect. I've been on and off doing some karate and, although i probably could put up a fight, my place doesnt really teach you too many applications. I wanna to be sure i can at least defend myself b/c being a beta male sux.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
