That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?
She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."
She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

I havent posted in over a year, but THIS!!!! this man, deserves to be taken advantage of, cheated on, and taken from all his possessions until he reaches rock bottom.
I just cannot believe he gave her another chance and took her back home after she made him kick her mother out of the house, and did what she did... this man deserves EVERYTHING that comes his way.....

Your wife seems to have a dramatically wrong understanding of marriage. She has a moral and legal obligation to provide you with sex regardless of how loving you are. Further, she has an obligation to provide you with sex regardless of whether she is in the mood. Sex is not a negotiating tool. You should have made that clear.
Furthermore, she seems to have a misunderstanding about who is the boss in the relationship. You are the boss. You should have made that clear.
I'm not saying that telling her these things would have done any good, necessarily. But my point is that all your problems are arising solely from this woman's corrupt mind. Someone (at some point in her life) should have tried to explain these things to her.
Marriage counseling isn't the answer to a bad marriage. Regular sexual intercourse is the answer -- preferably combined with the man choosing to become mature and act like a leader, and with the woman choosing to submit. She's a married woman with no kids. She only has one true job, and that job is to have sex with you. She doesn't seem to understand.
