Hey guys,
Short introduction am 30 , recently out of LTR , I was blue pill most of my life and recently just started my transformation.

Now my dilemma is I love running my whole life , finished first marathon when I was 24 , and got back to serious running after breakup.

But I made new goal for gaining muscle and getting in shape. I LOVE running , its my passion but I found it would kill my chances for gaining muscle.

So this is the dilemma , something I love vs something that would get me in good shape and get attention. I prefer doing my own thing and don't do something just to get girls, would appreciate any input

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

have you considered running shorter marathons or being a sprinter instead?

those guys dont look starved at all
Great shout on switching to sprinting. You'll miss the endorphins from long distance running but get a new different "sprinter's high" which causes a large release of androgens. Steady state cardio has also been shown to increase cortisol much more.

Used to be long distance and wouldn't go back to it now I've focused on weight lifting / sprinting. Once your free testosterone goes up it gives you a huge confidence boost and a feeling of being on top of the world.

Don't have to be hugely muscle bound but even just being above average has a huge affect on the way that women perceive you.
