"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I had this convo with a female "friend" I have, little background she is friend of 2 of my exes and she acts like a boy (swearing a lot basically), but she is pretty. (she also knows I had some women before and after her friends).

her: Really, it will always be a mystery to me how you made it with these girls

me: I paid them :p You yourself have told me that I am handsome, you just don't like my character.

her: yeah, you are handsome, i'm talking about your character too

me: what's wrong with it?

her: you are mean

me: kinda imposing yeah, but that's what women looking for right? Don't judge by yourself who acts like a truck driver.

her: yeah, I tend to search for the feminity I lack

me: yeah, although I believe you are BSing me, you do like the same things

her: have you seen my bf?

me: no

her: If you see him you'll understand (meaning her bf is obviously not and ALPHA)

me: even if I see him, I won't change my mind

and bla bla bla about other staff

This girl, although I trully believe she would want an ALPHA and she is able of having one, she is with a BETA thinking he has what she lacks as a woman! As far as I know her, she thinks she is not able to be with an ALPHA that's why she has this relationship! She is even embarashed bringing him with her whenever we go out.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.
