Disgusting yes but think of the ramifications if this guy had Hepatitis or AIDS.
The only way this guy could've gotten caught was if he bragged about it or is some sort of sicko. In both cases hes an a$$hole and deserves everything he got. IMO 6 months jail time isn't enough. If someone did this to my wife/gf and I found out, he'd better hope he stays safe in jail for the rest of his life.
If in the case that he was a spouse or bf, then I can see this being an unfair case... but present evidence suggests that he's just some sick son of a *****..
