“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I feel like ****, she left me, she left me for no reason man, just like that, she said that she doesnt like some of the things i say and i changed that, everything that she doesnt like i changed, and what she feels i do that disrespects her i change too, we talked the other night about what we dont like about each other and we were cool.

Today we talked on the phone and we were cool , great, but when i went to see her, and i asked her how she feels about our situaiton, i asked her out of the blue, just to see how she sees the RL is going, she said that she wanted to break up, that she needed some space, some time, she said that we could be best of friends.

I cried out loud like a baby, yes i dont care, ilove this girl, and i cried out loud on her face, we even huged and cried together, she cried too, i told her to please dont leave me etc...
She cant give me a reason of why she wants some time or space.

I feel like **** i even told her that i was gonna kill myself i love this girl to death, weve been together for 8 months she cant just leave me like that.

She said she was gonna call me so i can go back and talk some more, she never did, so i called her twice she didnt pick up i left 2 voicemails and isent her 2 texts she didnt reply neither.

I feel like **** man i feel so depressed, i know i can get anygirl i want and tha there are more fine girls out there but she means the world to me.

I dont know i need yall help before i do some crazy ****

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Suck it up and be a man.

Have you lost a limb? Is your mom dead? Because you shouldn't be crying over a girl you've been with for ONLY EIGHT MONTHS!

Man, you have to read the DJ Bible and get your perspective changed. Right now you're fixated on how you need girls to improve your life. You should be thinking about how girls need you to improve THEIR life.

Screw this ho. I don't care if she WAS your girl. She is no longer your girl. Move on, and stop threatening suicide - that's just ridiculous.

You are in MIAMI. Man, if I were there I would be like a kid in a candy store. I live in good ol Canada, where we have a ton of fat people and maybe a couple of months of "summer". There are maybe 100 girls in this city of 500000 that I consider dateable. You got a friggin bikini contest in your backyard!

You got it better than you think you do. Suck it up and be a man.

hey man i feel your pain, really i do, i broke with my ex some days ago, she made everything she could for me to break up the relationship cuz she hadn't the guts to tell me face to face, she also asked to be friends which i rejected, i yelled at her, cried, took some morfex to ease the pain, that made ****in violent, broking up things and insulting people around me, i even kicked my dog because of what that ***** did to me, but i'm here man, i'm alive, we survived the pain and the future is ours, some other girl will eventually appear and you my friend and i have experienced why nice guys finish last, because we were too nice, too attached. you have to change your mindset, for now talk to your friends it eases the pain even more, they will give u support and forget about her, CUT ALL CONTACT WITH HER!!!! 100 %v believe i feel kinda better and im here in the forum to learn things and improve

good luck bro

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

You think nobody else has ever felt this way before. They have.

You think nobody else will love you the way she did. They will.

You think there's no way you can possibly ever get over her. You will.

You think that pain in the pit of your stomach, that feeling like you want to throw up will never go away. It will.

You think your life is over, all because of some girl. It isn't.

You think she's the only thing worth anything in your life. She isn't.

A year from now you will look back on this post and you'll wonder what the hell was wrong with your brain.

You say that nobody understands, but pretty much everybody here understands. Pretty much everybody here understands.

The weakness coming from you is a major turnoff to your ex girlfriend.

You told her you were going to kill yourself? I mean dude.....shes probably going to move and change her number to avoid you now.

You two have been dating only for 8 months and you cant live without her? Well you lived before her and you are going to live without her. So deal with that.

You my friend have made two major mistakes:

1) Saying you are going to kill yourself to ur ex....shows that you are a hot head, unstable or a even a lose cannon.

2) Loving her more than yourself. Always love yourself move then the girl ur with.

Also think before you speak.....once you said certain things you cant take them back. The i want to kill myself statement makes you seem completely nuts.

It seems like the whole situation is out of control. You reacted the wrong way. When she said i need some space...you should have said i agree and cut all contact from that point on. Within two weeks she would have been wondering why you havent been contacting you and she'd contact you.

Why would she want to be with you? She has enough girlfriends already.

Stop being an attention ***** and chalk this one up and move on.

You can get any girl huh?

Prove it by replacing ur ex instead of wanting her back.

Even now you still love this girl? What's love man? Having her with you? Having her be with you even though she doesn't want to? Having to threaten her with suicide so that she'll not leave you?

Do not use the "love" word so lightly. Maybe once you get over this episode, you'll understand what love means to you better. Because seriously speaking, love means so much more than what you're doing to yourself and your girl right now.

I'm sorry about your loss.

Have you ever had a girl go "fatal" on you?

Some girlfriend or just some random chick who liked you SOOOO much that she couldn't live without you? She threw herself at you shamelessly. In fact her entire life and happiness was totally based on you.

What did you do? How did it make you feel?

Its kinda freaky isn't it?

It doesn't make you feel good at all. It definitely doesn't make you feel attracted to her. It actually drives you away even though she may indeed be attractive or a genuinely nice person.

Because she is SOOOO in love with you it makes it extremely difficult for you to break up with her in a "nice" way. You tell her you want to break up but she NEEDS to know why. So you are stuck. To spare her feelings you tell her you need space. You tell her you need time.

In reality though you are feeling smothered, choked, and imprisoned by this person who has based her entire well being on you. Man the pressure of that is unbearable and it is sucking the life out of you. You have to get away from her. NOW!

Does this sound familiar to you Plain and Simple? Because when you write things like....
I cried out loud like a baby, yes i dont care, ilove this girl, and i cried out loud on her face, we even huged and cried together, she cried too, i told her to please dont leave me etc...
or this.....

I feel like **** i even told her that i was gonna kill myself
It's obvious that you have placed WAAAAAY too much of your well being in this girls hands. It is not the kind of relationship she wants. Its not the kind of relationship ANYONE wants. Including YOU!!

Break ups SUCK!!! You've come to the right place for help. EVERYONE here has been thru exactly what you are feeling right now. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US!!

Hopefully you'll stick around and learn how to take control of your life.

The pain WILL go away. Remember that.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Man please, you act like ur the only mofo that has had his heart broken. Everyone in here has. U are no different. This girl is no better than any other.

And once you finally get over her, you will be embarrased that you even posted this crap and wondering what you saw in her once you find another.

This is actually good for you. Men need to toughen up. What doesnt kill you only makes you stronger homie.

You proved to her that you were soft. Dont go begging her back, it is over, trust me. Been there, done that. Once its over it is over.

Youre gonna wanna get over this pain as quickly as possible. We all know what if feels like, an emptiness in your chest. Your best bet is to get out there and find another. No pining. A DJ knows that women are replaceable.

This isnt the last time a woman will let you down. Learn how to play the game so that you are in control. Life is a game, its just your ability to play it. Now get back in the game playa.

I remember when my girl broke things up with me. You gave me great advice and i thank you again for it.

Since than i have taken your advice and continue to live well. Im getting great grades, looking at medical schools, in the best shape mentally and physically in my life and feel great. Getting into med school may be tough but i think within these next two years i'll get accepted.

She even wanted me back saying stuff like, i wish i never ended things. When we first broke up i would have loved to have her back. Now thats it been about a year, i could careless about her or how she feels about me.

She calls me up..i dont even reply sometimes. Not because i dont wanna talk, its because im busy with life.

You give great advice on this topic.....it helped me and it should help you too plain and simple.

Plain and simple...this may seem important to you right now, but in the long run it means nothing. Break ups are apart of life.

I totally know how you feel.

You know what in a sick way has been helping me in the short term?

A few things, one is feeling how fortunate I am in life.

Another is knowing in the back of my mind that I can get her back I just need to play it cool (I agree this may not be healthy but for some reason I developed this tactic with my gf of 3 years because we had a few breakups).

I mean people breakup and get back together all the time. The thing you need to do is totally cut contact for a while and have her think WTF.

It could bring her back and may be the only way.

I've been doing that a bit with my recent ex. I started to slowly draw her back in and then I think I scared her away again, which was dumb.

The one guy put it great about someone being too needy on here. I wish I saw this awhile ago.

I know why I get dependent on women so much. It's because with a great career and friends and family, to me the girlfriend has always been the "last puzzle". I always needed a girlfriend to complete my contentment. Well we know that is a bad bad bad strategy.

I really need to post about that sometime, I'm sure i'm not the only one.

And with the breakup. Just keep things cool. You may get back together but get your head together.

In the movie Swingers, there's an exchange like this.

Mike: Okay, so what if I don't want to give up on her?

Rob: You don't call.

Mike: But you said I don't call if I wanted to give up on her.

Rob: Right.

Mike: So I don't call either way?

Rob: Right.

Mike: So what's the difference?

Rob: There is no difference right now. See, Mike, the only difference between giving up and not giving up is if you take her back when she wants to come back. But you can't do anything to make her want to come back. In fact, you can only do stuff to make her not want to come back.

Mike: So the only difference is if I forget about her or just pretend to forget about her?

Rob: Right.

Mike: Well that sucks.

Rob: Yeah, it sucks.

Mike: So it's just like a retroactive decision, then? I mean I could, like, forget about her and then when she comes back make like I just pretended to forget about her?

Rob: Right. Although probably more likely the opposite.

Mike: What do you mean?

Rob: I mean at first you're going to pretend to forget about her, you'll not call her, I don't know, whatever... but then eventually, you really will forget about her.

Mike: Well what if she comes back first?

Rob: Mmmm... see, that's the thing, is somehow they know not to come back until you really forget.

Mike: There's the rub.

Rob: There's the rub.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

I advise you to harken back to the way you felt before you dated this girl. I am sure there was a point before this when you regretted the end of your last relationship, but then once you had the first date with this girl, it started to not hurt, and after a couple more you were glad that you were no longer dating the previous girl(s) you had been with. You will feel this again with this current girl in that mental place. You will sit and laugh and think about all her flaws and wonder how you ever put up with them and how much better you have it now.

Unless she was the first girl you ever dated...in which case you just have to trust me on this one, that day will come.

Wow, great job of not being a needy loser. That's exactly why she left you. Why are you at this site?

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.
