Man boobs?

Serious question here. In the last year or so I have lost some weight and I am still now a really skinny guy but a lot skinnier then I was before. Only problem is that I sorta have man boobs.. Im not talking DD or anything but just a little meat up there. Has anyone figured out how to get rid of this problem? Now Im sure I will get a lot of responses to tell me to work out my chest, which I do (not every day though), but does that not just build muscle tissue under the fat tissue, making them bigger? Any advice would be great

But seriously, there's a medical condition called gynecomastia in which males grow breasts. You should talk to a doctor, theres a surgery to get it fixed.

Go to the docs,get your oestogin levels checked out,beter off getting alll your hormones checked while you are there tbh
Serum T, LH and FSH SHBG, Oestradiol and Prolactin
if there an inbalance it may be causing this,nolvadex and clomid is good for treating gyno, but dont take anything until you know if theres a problem otherwise you will cause a problem, might just be naterual,either way its nothing to worry about

months and months if nolvadex can reverse it if its still mild, totally get rid of it, you dont need an op,just use the medication

its what steroid users use to reverse gyno and it works very well!
