OK I'm 16 and slightly over weight. I have been dieting, doing push ups and sit ups and I have seen a rapid response except for my man boobs. I still have a little gut but compared to what I used to have I am pretty happy but my man boobs seem to have just stayed the same size which is causing me to look twice my weight. Is there any tips on getting rid of them?

I heard man boobs are a sign of high estrogen,try lowering your estrogen levels,start a diet rich in high fiber.

lots of guys get enlarged boobs during puberty. its natural and will go away if thats the cause.
