Mall Girl?

Hey whats up, I've been reading this site for a while and just recently ran into a situation that i thought i needed help with.
I was at the mall with a girl and a guy on black friday and the girl wanted to go into a chick store called Rampage. So, i go in, look around not really expecting anything, and then this amazing girl walks out from the back who works there. So, my buddy convinces me to step up and go talk to her. I use the old "i'm looking for something for my sister" trick and it works well. We're talking and shes laughing at some stuff i say, but then i go for the number close, and she says that she wont give her number to strangers. Now that sounds like a cop out....so i'm pissed, and we talk for a few more minutes then i'm out. But she says i should come to the store and visit her next week, and she gives me the hours she works. Then when i say goodbye and turn to leave, she waits like 2 seconds and then goes, "hey, whats your name by the way?" So, i really dont know if she really wants me to go back in and visit or was she just being nice. Afterall, she refused to give me her number. Any suggestions of what i should do?

She has a moderate IL. I'm not sure what you guys talked about but it wasn't enough to raise her IL to the level of giving you her number. She gave you a viable answer, she still sees you as a stranger.

Go back but open up a can of C/F and win her over by raising her IL. If you have it in you, bypass the phone number and just tell her that you are taking her out to where ever. Understand that she will not say yes until she sees you as something other than a stranger.
