Last night we went out to the bars and she casually divulged to our friend group that a male stripper was hired for the party. I understand that this is a "rite of passage" so to speak, but I am extremely uncomfortable with her being there while the stripper performs. To me it's completely disgusting and trashy. I told her that if she didn't excuse herself from the room that I would break up with her then and there, and she agreed to leave the room when the stripper performs. Is the matter settled and should I leave it at that? did I overreact?

Theres nothing you can do in this situation because if you "forbid" her to partake in it, you will be labeled controlling/Insecure and not letting her have some "innocent" fun. This has disaster written all over it. So whats the worst that can happen?
