I have been making an a$$ out of myself recently.. or have I?

Would Don Juan have had a different outcome?

This weird girl I met online finally invited me to play tennis and meet up for the first time. So I drive 45 min to play some tennis. She immediately says she sees someone else in my car. There was nobody there.

I opened the doors and am like see? Nobody there.

So we sit down and I'm like "lets go play tennis"

She sys she doesnt feel like it anymore and just wants to sit and talk. Well I got pi$$ed because I came ready to play tennis and she thinks I'm trying to kidnap her or something, so I just got up and walked away and drove off.

Last week met a hot older Korean woman. Got her to meet me for dinner. She didnt seem comfortable at the restaurant so I told the waiter to get the food to go because I wanted to show this woman my new place I just moved into.

Well she did come back to my place and we ate. I played some of my music which I would tell she hated. She gave me some crap about I'm too young and left.

I havent heard from either of them in a week.

Continuing to make an a$$ out of myself.. week after week... or did I?

One thing is for sure I will never call either of them again. ALready tossed their #'s.

Maybe i'll hear from them but I doubt it.

I wouldn't consider that to be making an ass of yourself. In fact, I think your on the path to success.

Now, maybe with the first girl you should have stuck around and talked for a few minutes in order to put the girl at ease. Then if you wanted to play tennis you could have probably. But...you didn't go just to play tennis! If you would have gotten out of the car and started playing tennis I bet the first thing on your mind would be "how to get her in a conversation". I understand she was a bit cold to you, but hell she was scared.

On the second girl, you did awesome. I think she was just plain uncomfortable being at your house so early. When you saw the discomfort, you should have bounced and went somewhere else. Also, I think the whole age thing...theres always ways around that. Age doesn't matter to women, but it seems like you let it shut you down.

All in all. Great job. Keep it up, and don't let this discourage you. Neil Strauss talks about having to go through the pain period before you get good. Take it in stride and don't quit.

If she thought I was a psycho and someone is in my car how could I put her at ease?

She would be hoping I would leave.

I think I played it right and just bounced on the nutcase. I wasted valuable time (yeah right) .. so she can accuse me of bringing someone along to harm her? And cancelling the reason I went?

"Someone in my car" good lord you would have stuck around after that?

Only thing I'm wondering is if she STILL thinks someone was in my car, or maybe she is blaming herself for me leaving... maybe i'll hear from her again. Havent seen her online in awhile..

So say I did stick around to "put her at ease" then doesnt she just start thinking I'm trying to put her at ease to lure her away and kidnap her because someone is in my car?

I cant see the situtation getting better by staying. My gut told me to just leave.
