"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

... and she will most likely become interested in you again! You see, they dump us for a reason. They think they can do better!! They see us as this loser, drunk, lowlife, whatever... and when some guy comes along that they feel is higher on the chain, we get dumped.

Ok so you got dumped... now what? Cry? Sulk? Whine? Well, maybe for a few days... but after that you need to snap out of it and figure out what it is she saw in you that made you this 'loser' to begin with.

Being single isn't the end of the world and some would argue that it's the only way to go in life. You need to take this time to better yourself in every way possible. Get a BETTER job, a BETTER car, a BETTER body, a BETTER outlook, a BETTER hobby, a BETTER mind. You will notice, she will notice, everyone will notice! And everyone will be uncomfortable as well.

You know what's funny? Once you BETTER yourself in every way possible you won't even want that ex back in your life. She will seem like a particle of dust in your past.

I did just this when my ex of a year left me for HER ex.... and I made sure she found out indirectly. Let me tell you... she's stressing. Why did I leave him? Did I give him enough of a chance? Where did the loser go?

SMILE! That loser now has a great job, a new Lexus, has a personal trainer 3x a week, is completely sober, is going to Belize in 6 weeks, and just started work on his pilots license. And this all happened within a couple of months after we broke up. Guess who wants me back now? Sorry! I'm not your fall back guy!

It's been said man MANY times before. If you better yourself and forget about girls, they will come to you. They LOVE a guy who doesn't need them. Get so busy that you have time for a girl maybe 1-2 times a week. Get to the point where you don't have to pretend to be busy, YOU REALLY ARE. They will eat it up and you will be a happier person.

Cheers.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Out of curiosity, of the guy who have gotten back together with their ex's, how many actually stayed together? Was it worth the effort?

Most of the time, it isn't worth the effort. Our egos can't handle the let down and we want to fix that feeling. It really, rarely has anything to do with actually caring for the girl.

Great post, though. I agree 100% with what's being said....and he isn't saying this to get back with her; only to make her jealous and wish she'd never walked away in the first place.

You turn YOUR loss into HER loss.

Why would you want to go back to your ex? You've already been down that road and for one reason or another, it didn 't work out, and now you want to work towards going down that road...again. So instead of letting go of the past and moving on with your life, like a healthy person, you decide to squander resources and time to revisit something you know is exausted.

Lets see some selfcontrol and initiative gentlemen. There are tons of girls in the world, so moving on should be really easy. If I ever get thoughts of getting back with an ex (and I won't lie the thought does cross my mind) I just remember the things about the relationship that weren't working. Even more I remember the qualities of the person that really turned me the wrong way. That kind of aids in me wanting to get out and meet new people (read girls) to spend my time with rather then mulling over the past and making the same mistakes again.

Heads up Everyone!!! Read this and remember this. If thoughts of gettin' back with your ex overwhelms you, recite this!

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I'm glad that there are others who feel the same as I do.

I think the best thing you could ever say to an ex that would make her fall flat on her ass is...

"I could never thank you enough for breaking up with me. It gave me the strength to better myself and to do the things I always wanted to do in life. If I was still with you, they would never of happened."

I TRY to stay on good terms with girls..I always, ALWAYs end up sleeping with them again at one point in time or another... but I would never take her serious.

I usually do the breaking up... A girl hasn't broken up with me since I was I think 17
