"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

I was stopping to get bread and a 2-liter this afternoon, pimped out as usual... I see out of the corner of my eye, a really hot chick leaving the store. As I'm like five steps away, she's holding the door for me. I'm in no hurry, let the ***** wait. I start to reach for the handle, she lets go for a second and apologizes, as I've still yet to grab the handle(damn I'm slow). So she's still holding the door, I of course grab where she's touching. "Why, thank you." :D and there was this awkward moment of my space being invaded as I could not enter without pushing her out of the way. So as she's leaving, all I could say is "Farewell". Then I got the coke and the loaf of bread I came for.

Thank you, goodnight.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Hahaha, you think I'm crazy now, and a troll. Well, there's only one thing I can think of that I did wrong...

I should've complimented her. Even if only her 'cuteness', she was nervous enough, probably would've taken damn near any compliment with enthusiasm, so there's my answer.

1. Compliment
2. Wait prompt
3. Make her sweat it out
4. Get the damn number

I am supposed to be Don Juan. Hell if I can't open a needy AFC.
