One on One
Master Don Juan
This has been repeated time and time again, but I wanted to bring it up again based on the feelings I just experienced.
MAKE THE HO SAY NO!
Three weeks ago, I went clubbing with a friend and some girls he knew.....I end up back at one of the girl's apartments sitting on the couch with her. I'm getting some signs, but I don't make a move. Afterwards, I think maybe I should have made a move, but I don't worry about it much because she's a good friend to have.
OK, so you're thinking: what's the point? Read on...
So, last night I go out to eat dinner with some people including my best friend here, that girl, and some other people. Afterwards, it's me, my friend, and that girl in the car, but I had a bad night (another thread on that) so I decide to go home so I get dropped off. They go out to this local bar...some other people came too.
OK, now a little while ago my friend stopped by. He was in a rush and didn't want to talk about it in front of my roommates, but he said, "hey, I got some action last night, I'll tell you about it online." Now, on his AOL profile, it said that that girl who I was next to on the couch is the coolest girl here. So, I start putting 2 and 2 together and I think, oh **** did he get action with her? WHEN I SHOULD HAVE DONE ****!!
I stress out for the next 20 minutes about it. I'm thinking, damn my friend is good friends with this girl and he still doesn't care about that and gets action. Combine all that with the fact that I've never even kissed a girl, I'm ****ing stressing, even physically shaking because I'm so damn pissed I didn't make a move here at college when everyone is doing ****.
Well, it turns out that my friend got action with some other girl and as soon as I found that out, I was happy for him and I didn't care anymore. But, if it was that other girl, I would be ****ing depressed as **** for blowing my chance.
The moral of the story.....
MAKE THE HO SAY NO!
Then, you don't have to worry about regrets.
