um im 5 11 145 pounds alright i dont understand what do i have to do in order to get my nice six pac i searched but i keep getting confused with all the different advice every one is posting and dont know which to follow i know i have to lower my bodyfat in order for them to be seen in order to lower i need to do cardio. how much bodyfat can i lose per week? what do i have to eat in order to to maintain the six pac and help get it? what would be a good diet not for cutting or bulking. im not sure if im makin sense but o wells. and how long would it take to get the abs to show?

Ok, all depends on your current situation. How tall are you ?? What % of BF are you at now ?? Obviously if you want to lose fat you will have to drop your calories, also remember abs are made in the kitchen, so get a great diet and stick to it.

6 meals a day evenly spread read the cutting guide for exact numbers. Then incorporate some cardio, i suggest mixing both HIIT and low intensity, just so you don't get sick of doing one.

Drink heaps of water, and take a multivitamin as well as flax seed oil tablets. Keep hitting the weights hard and work your abs like you would any other muscle once a week if thats how you do it. Search for some of the excercises you can do, there are heaps. Then its just a matter of time and dedication TO YOUR DIET especially. Good luck.

im 5 11 at 145 pounds i can already see them but wen i eat they dissapear and they show after some ab werkouts im not sure at what bodyfat percentage im at though ill try to find out and what woukd be some exapmles off good food to help maintain and repair my abs?

Just eat a lot of protein, and get your BF down a bit more.... Keep working them once a week. For the diet, a rule of thumb is to just eat clean foods, eg chicken breast, vegetables, basmati rice, skim milk, lean steak, tuna, etc...

iv i can see my abs wen i can flex how lobg would it take to see them better if i do weighted crunches HIIT jog sprints and weights and proper diet?

So by posting yet another thread asking "how do i get a 6-pack?" the 'right' advice will just make its way into the thread? Maybe it's me, but I think that's a logical fallacy. Part of working out is trying things and seeing what works best for you - like you've said, there are tons of threads out there specifically devoted to "how to get a 6 pack"... no sense in making another one...
