Make talking to her a game.
The rules: Make the object of the game to make her as flustered as you can with your flirting, and as angry with you as you can (in a playful way) with your teasing (neghits). Women LOVE a guy who gets her emotions going. Most importantly, remember that it's a game! Have fun talking to her!
Setting up the first play: A good way to start is with a comment about what she's wearing. Getting creative is good - jewelry, hats, and wording/pictures on a shirt are all in. Girls like it when you notice details about her. I seem to have a lot of success when I start conversations with something like this because it suggests that you're attracted to her in a subtle way, which also keeps the tone of the conversation slightly sexual.
A personal example of mine is when I talked to an attractive women (8.5/10) who was wearing a plain white baseball cap.
I started the conversation by teasing “I like your hat, having a bad hair day?”
Her enthusiastically “Yeah, how’d you know?”
Me equally enthusiastic “Just psychic I guess. Lemme see your hair!”
Her with a big smile on her face “No!”
Me trying to get her hat off “Come on, it can’t be that bad!”
You get the idea. I continued talking to her a little more and got her number without a sweat.
Getting ready to score: If you already know each other (as acquaintances...friends are another story), you don't have to worry about "the 10 minute conversation." If you don't already know each other, keep with the game but ask questions about her too. For all you know, she lives in a mental hospital and has 9 kids. The ideal time to get her number (assuming you want it) would be right after you get a rise out of her during your "game."
