"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Ok so theres this girl from my job that I am really into. She calls me every day and usually more than once and I am pretty sure she probably isnt into me like that but some of the things she does lets me think otherwise for example even when she went out to the club the other night she called me when if she didnt have any interest in me why would she still call ?(she called me about 3 times that night) also she was at a party but still called me from there to say hey but sometimes I think she might be playing some games because I have hinted about hanging out and she just doesnt seem as excited to want to.

I realize nothing is probably going to happen but I would really just like to get over this one-itis I have and make her a friend but its hard when she calls me everyday (I never call her she initiates) to get over any feelings I have about her. I try and go out to meet other girls but it pisses me off because I cant get over this when I keep talking to her. I dont want to cut her off completely either because she has been a good friend and I know she doesnt have alot of close friends and would like to continue talking to her but I just want to lose these feelings for her. How can I do it?

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Hey man, play it cool

I suggest you read Allen Thompson's article - " Kiss of Death" in the Hall Of Fame article section for some Motivation.

Hey man, all of us here gets one itis from time to time, it's no big deal just acknowledge it and make peace with it. Sounds like this chick is really into you and your in control. But remember the old wise saying that's been said in this site from time to time:

" Whoever cares less about the relationship is the one who is more in control or has the most power."

Look your still 19, have fun, enjoy life and start dating more women.

You dont need her, but you do need a bloow jawb. Do this.

Say "Hey can you do me a favor? Give me a *******." If she doesnt do it You stop contact with her. Don't make it obvious or dramatic but you are not available at all for her. It will stick in her mind and eventually she will consider it whether she decides to or not shell think about it. That should be satisfaction enough. And if she says yes and is slow to follow through, dont flinch. She has to make it happen to get you back. If you break your bearing and start having contact with her again she will win and you get nothing.
