It's time for those changes you always promised. I'm not talking the 'new year, new me' crap. It's time for serious change. Whatever that is for you all, whether it's getting that fit body, working on your approaching or your businesses.

I'll go first- down to 10% BF this year.

Make it your year! Focus on making you the best you can be and you'll find the momentum that the rest will fall into place.

Most of all- HAVE FUN! This forum and the redpill can be a bitter place- remember don't lose your love of life and women. Merely use your powers for your good

Still , i believe setting goals for this year is something good but doing it every day is better. Improving should be a daily process and not yearly.
