I have to have knee surgery, and I was wondering if any of you have any ideas of how to maintain my gains while on crutches and out of the gym for 6 weeks. It's minor surgery, so I'll likely be up before then...

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

as long as you are eating at maintenace level calories and packing in good protein, you should be ok.

I know it feels like 6 weeks out of the gym is forever...but its not, its a month and a half, you won't lose much.

Focus on getting in adequate amounts of food, maybe even a little extra, if you don't mind a little chub.

A good approximation for your level of calories is about 15x bodyweight. Get at least 1.-1.5 grabs of protein per lb of bodyweight. Eat 5-6 times daily..
