“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I've been working out for about a year and I think I've built up a pretty solid base (~40 lbs of muscle gain) and I was considering adding in MAG 10 and possibly tribulus to my supplements. I heard about it from a trainer at my gym and it sounds like it's just what I'm looking for, but I really dont know that much about it.

Can any of the workout experts give those of us with less experiance in the feild some information on MAG 10 and other products of it's kind? I really don't want to put something into my body that I don't have very much information on and I'm sure a lot of other members have similar questions.

Maybe there could even be a new stickyed thread "DIESEL'S GUIDE TO SUPPLEMENTS" *hint *hint

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

There would be no point in taking tribulus and MAG 10 at the same time as the Mag 10 would surpress endogenous testosterone production and tribulus would not be able to compensate for it. Tribulus can be benefical after a cycle of MAG 10 or 1AD. But as mentioned, 18 is a little young for MAG 10 and you seem to be making excellent gains as you are for now and there is no reason this should not continue. You could try Tribulus at about 1500mg per day if you desired. Some think it's crap but I get small but noticable results with it.

40 lbs in one year? Good job dude! Ah, to be a teenager again. I didn't start working out until my early 20s.

Like others have said, don't start Mag 10 just yet. You can try some milder supplements. I would consider ZMA and possibly Tribex-500 (both made by the same company that produces Mag 10).

Out of curiosity, what were your stats (i.e. height, weight) before you started?

Thanks, I think I could have made better gains if I had gotten training earlier on since I've actually gained 10 lbs within the last 6 weeks or so because of an increased diet and professional training assistance.

When I started I was about 5' 10" and 105 lbs now I'm at 5'11" and 145ish (and growing fast). I was just considering MAG 10 because I thought it would be a good way to increase the rate at which I gain muscle so that I could be able to reach my goal weight (~180 w/ 5% bodyfat) by the end of this year, but now I realize that I'm just being greedy and I should just tough it out and wait.
