"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

i have never had relationship before or gone on any real dates....

but when i was out "hanging out" and making out and stuff...the relationship issue popped up, i found myself lying about past relationships (but never had one before) just so i dont seem like a loser that never had a GF before at 22.

what do you guys do when youre out with a girl and she asks you about the girls you been out with or dated when you never been before...do you lie about it or tell her you never had a GF or been out or kissed a girl before and look like a loser??

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I'm in the opposite situation. Some girls dont care and I feel fine telling them, but others that will get a little intimidated by how many relationships I've been in don't get an answer.

If a girl starts asking me about how many girls I've dated, had sex with, etc, and I don't want her to know (thats none of her business anyways), I dont give her a real answer. I just say something like, "oh, wouldn't you like to know," or just change the subject.

I find it a lot better to work around a subject than to directly lie about it.

I wouldnt recommend lying or making stuff up that you havnt done. Mainly because you will probly forget exactly what you said and if the subject comes up at a later date you going to screw your self. I would impliment some c&f when asked eg if she asks you about your past. in a jokey tone say "well i used to date my cousin for a while" then change the subject. not sure if you get away with that line but couldnt think of any thing else rite but hopefully you get the picture.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Tell her "Do you think it would be fair if your ex boyfriends talked about you to their new girlfriends?"

I say 'I'll tell you if I get to know you a bit better', whenever something similar to that happens

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Don't lie!!!!

If theres only one big life lesson i've learned in my life, then it's NOT TO LIE. Big lies i mean.

They will ALWAYS catch up with you. Always. When a close friend or someone you're close with finds out you've made up a whole chunk of your history up, they won't be able to trust you, & they won't take anything you say seriously. They won't respect you.

Believe me.. i've learnt this the hard way.
I know whats it like to be in your early 20's & never having a proper relationship with a female. & if someone brings the subject up, DON'T LIE.. but certainly don't tell the truth either. Nothing turns a woman off more than a virgin.

Talk around the subject. Laugh. Joke about it. & change the subject.

The best example i've read here was something like this..

HER : How many people have you 'been' with?
YOU : er.. I dunno. Do midgets only count as half?

Anyway, DON'T LIE. Don't answer it directly or seriously. etc.

I've always wondered why some guys feel that they have to lie to women. I've never felt that it was necessary to tell them everything but I never understood being so afraid as needing to lie.

Just say that you enjoyed women before but to have a "relationship" she has to be very special!

I always tell girls that I dated a couple of Hollywood *****s like Paris Hilton or Jessica Simpson. The girls instantly feel sorry for me and begin sucking my **** right after.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

I was in the same situation as you - and I lied. It came back to bite me in the a## yrs later.

The girl was a hottie and a keeper. I didn't think I would have much of a chance with her to be honest - so I lied to make myself more interesting.

Well, we hit it off - ended up living together - and yrs later she busted me on my lies.....

So what I would do is tell the truth. But tell it in such a way as to sound interesting....

Something like...

"I not found anyone interesting enough to date long term"

Or

"Up until now I've been to focused on my hobbies and future - but I'm now on the market for a intelligent, classy fun girl."

Point is, you don't have to say like your a loser.

You were petty to lie about past relationships. She was petty to hold this against you years later.
