I weighed 130 kilos. I dropped to 112 kilos and am still losing weight. I started losing weight slower than before. Also, my sleep was very disrupted (I'd go to sleep at 4 a.m. and wake up at 1 p.m.). So I decided to see a doctor. (Although I normally masturbate a lot, unfortunately, I didn't do it for a while before seeing a doctor.)
My DHEA, prolactin, and cortisol levels were high.

Also, while the maximum estrogen level is 40, mine was 37.
My normal testosterone level is between 200 and 1,000; mine was 450.
We ran a few prolactin and cortisol tests, but we thought it was just stress. (I don't know why, but I clench my teeth to the point of breaking them and bite my nails constantly. But as I said, I don't know why.)

Actually, I wanted to increase my testosterone, but my doctor (who is also a teacher) said my testosterone and estrogen levels were normal and that too much would be harmful. But I sleep too much, I'm constantly depressed, I worry about everything, etc.

Has anyone experienced these situations before? Do you think these symptoms could be caused by masturbation?
Yes, I'm a doctor, but this situation is beyond me. And because my doctor is both my teacher and my father's friend, I can't explain it to him.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

its a very individual thing.

most guys that feel good have higher than 450. that number is just a potential, most of it is stuck. the free T is what you care about. Most of your T is stuck in holding and not actually used. you could have 1k T and low free T, being in the same result.

more ejaculation's don't really effect your T(testosterone) and E(estradiol) ratio.

if you have strong morning wood and don't ejac to fast, like less than 5 min, and other random erections as appropriate times, then your t/e ratio is likely close to ok.

if your prolactin is very high, investigate why.

as your a dr. you could try plugging your symptoms into chatgpt. with your knowledge and vocabulary its likely you can filter out the junk it might give and get some useful ideas.

Hey man sorry to hear that your cortisol and prolactin arehigh. Estrogen also seems a bit on the high side.. I think the main thing you can do is sleep around 10 pm everyday and wake up early, get sunlight in your eyes/on your skin. This will after maybe 6 weeks adjust your circadian ryhthyms back to where they should be. On top of that, don't eat anything after 8 pm. Start eating eggs every morning and incorporate olive oil into most of your meals.. You need good cholesterol to start raising testosterone levels. After that, you can supplement with very basic vitamins that will raise test levels undoubtably.. Those are Vitamin C (500mg-1000 mg a day), Vitamin D3, FIsh Oil, Ashwaganda. Dont need anything else. The Ashwaganda will also lower your cortisol levels. If you can find some with L Theanine in there, even better. Optional: Ginseng/Ginko Biloba.. if you're real ballsy, taking vitamin b3 at 500 mg daily. your skin will itch like a biotch for an hour or two but you get used to it and it alone can raise test by 30%!!!!!

Alot of it is just being active, sleeping on time, good quality of sleep and reducing stress + healthy fats/good cholesterol intake. When I say being active, lift weights-- that will really raise test in combo with the vitamins mentioned above.

Have you tried a regular workout program, with some basic supplements like d/k2 and fish oil? You can add in LJ100 (longjack) from double wood it’ll help get the estrogen down. This should lower your stress, get your circadian rhythm back in a groove, circulate your blood flow better , and improve your mood

I live in Turkey. I couldn't find B3 alone. Also, ashwagandha is banned here. I still don't know why.
My doctor actually said my testosterone was normal, but I was seeing some effects. I'm also experiencing stress-related side effects like biting my nails and clenching my teeth for no reason.
I'm currently on vacation, and I'm falling asleep at 5 a.m. and waking up at 2 p.m. I thought that might be the cause. I'll adjust a bit.
I also took a test, but all my vitamin levels are normal. My vitamin D was low, so I'm taking that now.

Start sleeping 1 hour earlier every single day. If you fin dthat hard try sleeping 30 mins earlier everyday until you fix your sleep schedule.

what your doctor tells you is normal is likely from policy and a common range. real okay feel is different for different men. did dr. check free t or only total t. did he check e and free e ? your t value is irrelevant if free t is low. high prolactin can cause issues, find out more about that if its high.

I have 400+ T, in my case primary issues are:
-stress
- non-regular sleep hours in spite of trying to make them regular (which amounts to stress)
- almost no time for trainings really (as I spend most of the time working or taking care of baby/house animal/house - similar for my wife)

But I see a light in a tunnel so perhaps I will fight off the mid-low T effects and high cortisol effects (stress certainly affects memory and brain a lot - for example I have significantly worse memory than 10 years ago, I don't think it's only age)

in the past when I had 400, i did not feel good and several annoying symptoms. at a higher level with proper tuning it was like a whole new world. one of the many things t level effects is spatial thinking and related memory. just as much mental effects as physical.

Try a gram of L Tyrosine in the morning with 300 mg of caffeine

yep, your correct. the important ratio is free t vs free e. can you add more info about how you think about this topic. lots of men don't really know much about it, but know that it might be important. its probably to top thing to get right for improving behavior.

labs are labs and important. not everyone can get labs. everyone has feel.
