I have a problem I find kinda embarrassing to bring up. I have hardly any sensitivity in my penis and don't get much out of sexual activity except when I blow my load.....and that's not so good either. When I get a blow job I dont feel anything! I mean I cant even tell if its in her mouth! When I penetrate I find it hard to tell if I'm even inside her. I mean, the head of my penis is almost numb unless its stimulated quite hardly.

It wasnt always like this. I remember when I was younger a girl would only have to stroke the head gently and I would jump with shock and a blow job would feel f*cking sensational! At this time sex was freaking incredible! Even masturbating was incredible!

I have a high sex drive and no erection problems but sex or masturbation dont even seem worth the effort any more.

Ive read about masturbation killing the nerve endings and I wonder if this has happened to me and if I could ever recover. I have sex about 5 times a week on average and dont masturbate.

Anyone got any solutions or experience with this?

Well you should try going to a urologist and get that checked out. I bet there is a creme that will help you a little. Its nothing to be embarrassed about. I had problems with my foreskin. It was too tight i could not get it down one bit. Went to the doctor and he just pulled it down. Hurt like a ***** tho haha. So yeah just goto a doctor. Dont bother going to a normal family practice just goto a specialist if your insurance allows.
